We work fully in-person 5 days a week out of our NYC office, and believe deeply in the value of a focused, supportive, and tight-knit team.\nAs an Ops Lead, you'll independently drive and nurture B2B client relationships while managing the operational engine behind our consumer (B2C) product, owning problems end-to-end for thousands of people navigating coverage every month. This is a fast-paced role with outsized visibility, perfect for someone energized by complexity, execution, and real-world impact.\nThis is a role that will likely be or grow into being a people manager.
