We work fully in-person 5 days a week out of our NYC office, and believe deeply in the value of a focused, supportive, and tight-knit team.\nAs a Senior Operations Associate, you’ll help manage B2B client relationships while running key parts of the operational engine behind our consumer (B2C) product, owning problems end-to-end for thousands of people navigating coverage every month. This is a fast-paced role with real visibility, perfect for someone energized by complexity, execution, and real-world impact.\nWe’re looking for highly driven generalists who are eager to learn across multiple operational functions. For the right person, there’s a clear path to taking on more ownership and growing into a leadership role as we scale.\nThis is a strong fit for someone with an operational instinct and a real interest in Medicaid policy. There's a lot of greenfield to build here, and the role will grow and change as the company does. What you own six months in will look different from what you own on day one.\nWhat we're looking for\nProduct Mindset\nOur philosophy is that everyone should be product-oriented. We’re fundamentally building a consumer product for the masses. You will be in a unique position to understand both our enterprise clients and our end users. The challenge for you is to help balance the needs of both while remaining committed to our core user experience.\nOwnership\nThere's plenty of greenfield, exploratory work to be done. We need someone to be able to take an ambiguous problem and run with it. As workflows mature, you'll be expected to own them end-to-end without heavy oversight.\nHigh Velocity\nWe're looking for a rockstar operator: someone energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing context for multiple clients comfortably.
