Typical work schedule is 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday-Friday)\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee daily activities of approximately 30-70 associates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.\nLead and mentor associates, promoting teamwork and growth in a dynamic environment.\nChampion safety and environmental initiatives to promote a secure workplace.\nMaintain a strong emphasis on quality and customer service excellence.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the team.\nAct as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.\nAssist in the successful launch of new products.\nManage resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.\nEnforce company policies and procedures consistently.\nBachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience \nProven leadership ability\nHands-on leader with sense of urgency\nExcellent coaching and teambuilding skills\nGreat problem-solving skills\nSelf-motivated\nStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills\nExperience implementing lean initiatives and cost reduction skills\nExperience with E21 or similar ERP system preferred\nUnderstanding of the daily scheduling process preferred\nStrong ability to drive change\n Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
