You will be recognized for your ability to drive results, resolve ambiguity, and influence across functions.\nRESPONSIBLIITIES:\nLead cross-functional packaging development efforts from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, operations, and sustainability goals.\nDevelop and execute robust project plans with clear sequencing, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure swift and successful execution.\nDrive innovation by identifying and implementing new materials, technologies, and processes that enhance product protection, user experience, and environmental performance.\nMentor and support team members, sharing expertise, offering feedback, and helping others navigate complex challenges.\nChampion continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize packaging efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.\nApply sound judgment to evaluate trade-offs, make timely decisions, and escalate when and knowledge sharing.\nModel accountability and ownership, consistently delivering on commitments and learning from both successes and setbacks.\n Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design or relevant packaging engineering experience is a must.\n8+ years of progressive experience in packaging engineering, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing environments.\nProfessional English proficiency is a MUST (written / verbal communication)\nProven ability to lead complex projects, manage ambiguity, and deliver results under pressure.\nStrong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing methods, and performance testing standards (ISTA, ASTM, etc.).\nDemonstrated ability to balance planning with urgency, ensuring rapid progress while maintaining quality and alignment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputation for clear, concise, and professional collaboration.\nValid US visa and willingness to travel domestically and
