You'll make critical technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure we're building systems that scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead technical architecture for simulation and visualization products\n\nMake build-vs-buy decisions and technology selection\n\nMentor and grow a team of graphics and simulation engineers\n\nDrive ML solution architecture that bridges research and product\n\nHands-on coding for critical systems and complex integrations\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in technical leadership\n\nDeep product intuition-you understand what makes tools usable\n\nExperience with 3D graphics, game engines, or simulation systems\n\nStrong ML fundamentals; ability to integrate ML models into products\n\nExcellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts\n\nNice to Have\nExperience at game studios, simulation companies, or graphics vendors\n\nBackground in robotics visualization or digital twins\n\nFamiliarity with MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, or physics engines\n\nWe believe diverse teams build better products.
