This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, learning quickly, and making sure patients and providers have a smooth experience from start to finish. You'll work across clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and product and process improvement, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership as you learn the business and demonstrate strong performance.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is equal parts organized operator and process builder, comfortable talking with patients and providers one hour and working with engineers to automate a workflow the next.\nAreas of Responsibility\n1. Clinical Operations\nManage patient onboarding and scheduling\n\nGuide patients through their care journey, answering questions along the way\n\nCoordinate diagnostics, referrals, results processing, and follow up care\n\nCommunicate with healthcare providers to support smooth care delivery\n\nGather actionable feedback from providers and patients to improve and automate operational workflows\n\nResearch and maintain understanding of applicable healthcare regulations to help ensure compliance across operations\n\n2. Revenue Cycle Management\nSupport revenue cycle management, including eligibility checks, claim submissions, prior authorizations\n\nFollow up with payers on outstanding or appealed claims\n\nSupport invoicing\n\nRequired Skills & Abilities\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills;
