# Operations Associate

Location: Hybrid; could be primarily remote, with in-person visits to our Cambridge, MA or Portland, ME office at least once per month. Type: Full-Time (or Part-Time During School) Job Summary Empallo is a cardiology startup looking for a clinical Operations Associate to support and help improve the day-to-day operations of our affiliated medical practices. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, learning quickly, and making sure patients and providers have a smooth experience from start to finish. You'll work across clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and product and process improvement, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership as you learn the business and demonstrate strong performance. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts organized operator and process builder, comfortable talking with patients and providers one hour and working with engineers to automate a workflow the next.
