As our first GTM Engineer, you will build the AI-powered systems that get us there without scaling headcount at the same rate.\nYou will work with our growth teams on the problems that slow them down, and the standard you set will shape how Forus uses AI to grow. This is a 0-to-1 role, and you will define what GTM Engineering means here.\nThis is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to \"act like an owner.\" If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.\nIf you join, you will:\nLearn how our growth teams work and decide where AI and automation will move the numbers.\n\nBuild systems for provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and rep productivity.\n\nChoose the right tool for each problem, whether that is Clay, n8n, an LLM, an API, or custom Python or JavaScript.\n\nConnect our CRM, data warehouse, internal systems, and third-party tools into workflows no single platform could support.\n\nTake each project from prototype through rollout and training, and iterate on user feedback.\n\nMeasure the accuracy, adoption, and business impact of what you ship, and retire what doesn't work.\n\nTest new tools and models as they emerge and bring the useful ones into how Forus operates.\n\nWe'll be most excited if you have:\nShipped internal tools, automations, or AI-powered systems that changed how a team works.\n\nBuilt with code or AI-assisted development and moved data across systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
