Working across service lines, regions and campaigns, the team delivers engaging content and innovative marketing initiatives that connect with clients, candidates and colleagues across the UK.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to help drive our digital presence and support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in managing website content, contributing to website development plans, supporting performance marketing activity, and creating engaging social and email content. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure our digital channels effectively showcase our people, expertise and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad digital marketing mix. The ideal candidate will bring fresh thinking, be highly organised, and stay ahead of digital trends, including emerging AI opportunities that can enhance engagement, efficiency and campaign performance.\nManage and optimise website content, supporting ongoing website improvements and SEO best practice.\nCreate engaging content across digital channels, including social media, email marketing and website updates.\nSupport the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across brand, careers, CSR and business priorities.\nAssist with paid social and paid search activity, using performance insights to support continuous improvement.\nProduce content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including graphics, photography and short-form video.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the firm to deliver digital campaigns and share best practice.\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience in a digital marketing role with exposure to websites, email marketing, social media and paid campaigns.\nStrong content creation skills and experience producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.\nConfidence using digital marketing platforms and tools.\nExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with SEO, analytics or performance marketing tools.\nExperience using Canva or similar design platforms.\nAn interest in AI and emerging digital marketing trends.\nReady to grow, belong, and impact?
