They provide high-quality support to colleagues and stakeholders across the business, helping to drive efficiency, collaboration and a consistently excellent experience.\nAs part of this team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the firm, contributing to the success of our people and our business\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an experienced Executive Support Senior to provide professional, high-quality support to members of the Executive Board. This is a key role within our Business Support function, requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.\nAlongside supporting Executive Board members, you will provide day-to-day supervision of an Executive Support Assistant and play an active role in driving continuous improvement across the Executive Support team. This is a predominantly office-based position and will require travel to Forvis Mazars offices across the UK as business needs require.\nProvide high-quality executive support to members of the Executive Board.\nManage complex diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring all logistical requirements are met.\nSupport virtual meetings, including the effective use of Microsoft Teams and other technology solutions.\nProactively identify and resolve diary conflicts while anticipating future priorities.\nProvide inbox management support during periods of absence.\nCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa applications.\nProcess expenses and respond to ad-hoc support requests.\nBuild trusted relationships with Executive Board members and key internal and external stakeholders.\nDeliver an exceptional level of service and responsiveness at all times.\nWork collaboratively with the Business Support Manager, Business Support Hub Manager and wider Executive Support team to drive efficiencies and improve processes.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage technology and innovative ways of working.\nSupport the development and performance management of an Executive Support Assistant.\nContribute to training and development initiatives across the Executive Support team.\nMonitor and report on team KPIs, helping to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.\nWhat are we looking for?\nPrevious experience in a similar Executive Support, Executive Assistant or Senior Business Support position, ideally within a professional services environment.\nExperience supervising or managing team members.\nExceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively.\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce concise and accurate meeting notes.\nOutstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\nA collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.\nA passion for delivering exceptional service.\nThe ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing competing priorities.\nStrong networking and relationship-building skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nReady to grow, belong and impact?
