Together, we grow, belong and impact. #LI-JH2\nAbout the Team\nThe HR Business Partner team is a key part of our People & Culture function, working closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Learning & Talent Development, People Operations, Advisory and Finance. This role supports our Tax service line, partnering directly with leaders to deliver strategic people priorities and drive business success.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is ready to take the next step in a highly visible and commercial role. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across our Tax business, translating business strategy into impactful people plans while providing expert coaching, challenge and support.\nYou'll play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, organisational change, employee engagement and performance management, helping to build the firm of the future while shaping an exceptional colleague experience.\nPartner with business leaders to develop and deliver service line people plans aligned to strategic business objectives.\nLead and support key people activities including performance reviews, promotions, reward and talent processes.\nDrive succession planning and talent mapping conversations, identifying opportunities to develop future leaders.\nUse people data and workforce analytics to provide insights, identify trends and support effective decision-making.\nCoach and support people managers and partners to drive performance, engagement and capability.\nSupport organisational change initiatives, employee relations matters and business transformation projects.\nCollaborate with colleagues across the wider People & Culture function to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.\nChampion inclusion, wellbeing and engagement through all people activity.\nWork alongside Operations and Finance teams to support workforce planning and future capability requirements.\nContribute to leadership initiatives and wider People & Culture projects across the firm.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nPrevious experience operating in an HR Business Partner role within a professional services or complex corporate environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders.\nExperience supporting employee relations matters and organisational change activity.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into action.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nEffective project and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nSound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.\nA collaborative, commercially focused and solutions-oriented approach.\nExperience using Workday would be advantageous but is not essential.\nReady to grow, belong and impact?
