About the role
This is a fixed term contract opportunity. As an EarlyCareersRecruitmentCoordinator, you will supportthe deliveryof a positive and professionalrecruitmentexperiencefor candidates and hiring managers across ourearlycareersprogrammes. Working closely withthe EarlyCareersTalentAcquisition team, you will supportthe end-to-end recruitmentprocess from applicationthrough to onboarding, ensuringrecruitmentactivityruns smoothly, accuratelyand in line withfirm policies.
Working closely withthe earlycareerstalentacquisition teamto deliver efficient recruitmentadministrationsupportacross allhiring activitiesincluding future talent, for ourearlycareersprogrammes. Assisting withthe co-ordinationof ensuringan exceptionalcandidate experiencefrom applicationto their first day.
Scheduling and confirming interview and assessment day logistics withhiring managers, candidates and the recruitmentteam. Work closely withallparties to ensure accurate timely informationis shared. This includes the set up, supportingon the day (virtual) for assessment centres and dealing withissues as they arise.
Updating and maintaining accurate recruitmentoutcomes and feedback notes on ourapplicant tracking system (ATS) and tracking spreadsheets to ensure compliance withallinternal audit requirements.
Responsiblefor internal administrativeprocesses such as candidate expenses and future talentprogramme expenses and allocatingmentors.
Able to request accurate offer paperwork including chasing acceptances withcandidates and ensuringthe correct outcomes are detailed on ourATS across allvacancies and future talentprogrammes.
Ownership of several email inboxes, responding to queries and delegatingresponses to other teammembers where necessary.
Working effectivelywithwider teams in the business, including ourHR Sharedservicesteam, office concierges, learning and developmentand wider businessservicesteams.
Ensuringallactivitiesand communicationsare fully aligned withouremployer brand guidelines.
Ensuringrecruitmentactivitiesare fair, inclusiveand compliant, aligned to the Firm's talentacquisition processes and policies.
Supportat in-person and virtual events, careersworkshops and skills sessions, supportedby wider earlycareersrecruitmentteam, promoting Forvis Mazarsas an employer of choice (up to 10% of role).
Supportingadhoc projects and talentacquisition initiativesaligned to Firm objectives.
What we are looking for
Previous experiencein a high volume administrativerole would be highly preferred.
