About the team

Working closely withthe Directors and Partners of the Global MobilityTeam, you will focus on expanding the reach of the practice and on the deliveryof an exceptionalservice to yourclients, demonstratingyour solid taxtechnical capabilitiesand building strong and lasting relationshipswithyourclient base. Combined withthis you will also be responsiblefor developingand coaching junior members of the team, and other functions needed for the efficient running of the team.

About the role

• Conducting arrival and departure meetings withinternationalassignees.
• Build and maintain relationshipswithclients and provide a high level of client service.
• Manage and coach junior members of the teamto ensure a high standard of client delivery.
• Assist in the management of the successful deliveryof taxprojects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business drivenapproach.

What we are looking for

• ATT or CTA qualified
• Extensive relevant expatriatetax/global mobilityexperience.
• Experienceof managing expatriatetaxprograms witha track record of high-qualitydelivery.
• Strong practical knowledge of current GM advisoryissues including SRT, Social Securityand PWD post Brexit, Double taxtreaties, NRDs, modified payroll, remote workers, PAYE obligations.
