They support on-timedepartures and regulatory compliance.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with coordinating air export shipments from booking through departure under established procedures.\n\nPrepare and process air export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.\n\nEnter and maintain shipment data accurately in CargoWiseand other systems.\n\nTrack shipment milestones and update internal systems and customers with status information.\n\nCommunicate with airlines, trucking providers, warehouses, and overseas agents to support shipment execution.\n\nFollow export compliance requirements, airline rules, and internal SOPs.\n\nIdentify documentationdiscrepancies or shipment issues and escalate to senior team members for resolution.\n\nSupport rate entry, charge validation, and billing accuracy as directed.\n\nRespond to customer inquiries related to shipment status and documentation.\n\nMaintain organized and accurate shipment records.\n\nSupport team workflows during peak volumes or service disruptions.\n\nAll other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.\n\nQualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
