They review and analyze camera-generated events, document coaching activities, and assist with corrective action processes. They serve as a resource to drivers for camera-related questions and technical support while maintaining accurate records and inventory associated with safety technology systems.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and review video-based safety events generated by onboard recording devices according to established parameters and company standards.\nCoach drivers on driving patterns, behaviors, and event trends identified through camera system reviews.\nDocument coaching activities, corrective actions, and remediation efforts within the Safety Management System.\nProvide driver remediation and follow-up in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nSchedule camera and related equipment installations, removals, repairs, and replacements as needed.\nTrack and maintain installation records for SmartDrive camera systems and other onboard recording technologies across the fleet.\nAssist drivers with day-to-day event recorder and camera system questions, troubleshooting, and support.\nPrepare driver compliance review reports and related documentation for review by the Safety Review Committee.\nCommunicate applicable DOT regulations, interpretations, and compliance expectations in alignment with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).\nCollect and provide video footage and supporting documentation for legal, claims, and other authorized business functions when requested.\nPerform recording device audits and compliance reviews as directed by the Safety Manager.\nMaintain control of camera and ELD inventory, including tracking, organization, and recordkeeping.\nPlace vehicles and/or drivers out of service when required due to camera-related compliance or safety concerns.\nSupport Safety Department operations by assisting with incoming calls, inquiries, yard checks, and stocking supplies in the driver lounge.\nAll other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.\nQualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.\nCertification/Licensure: Valid driver's license required;
