They support timely clearance and delivery while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with coordinating air import shipments from pre-arrivalthrough final delivery.\n\nProcess and review import documentation such as arrival notices, commercial invoices, and shipping documents.\n\nEnter and maintain accurate shipment data in CargoWiseand other systems.\n\nTrack shipment arrivals, customs clearance status, and delivery milestones.\n\nCommunicate with airlines, customs brokers, trucking providers, warehouses, and internal teams.\n\nFollow U.S. import compliance requirements and internal operating procedures.\n\nIdentify documentation issues or clearance delays and escalate as needed.\n\nSupport duty, fee, and charge validation for billing accuracy.\n\nRespond to customer inquiries related to shipment status and delivery.\n\nMaintain accurate and organized shipment records.\n\nAssist with coverage during peak volume periods.\n\nAll other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.\n\nQualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
