They manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate across internal and external-facing teams and systems to resolve complex issues. This role is an elevated opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in supply chain and logistics.\nResponsibilities\nProvide elevated coordination, oversight, communication and troubleshooting to meet the needs of key accounts. \nCollaborate across multiple internal and external teams and systems.\nMaintain accurate records of data, communication, billing and more associated with daily work function.\nEnsure performance that meets key expectations and metrics.\nIdentify and coordinate resolution on behalf of key accounts. \nCommunicate professionally with internal teams, terminal personnel, carrier partners and customers.\nReview customer and carrier expectations and flag discrepancies.\nMaintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.\nAll other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.\nQualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.\nExperience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or administrative support preferred (including internships or part-time jobs);
