This is an opportunity for an experienced HR operations professional to lead a team delivering exceptional HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.\nYou'll be responsible for leading a team of HR Administrators, driving service excellence, improving processes, and ensuring a first-class experience for employees and stakeholders alike.\nThe Role\nReporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, compliant and customer-focused HR administration services across the business.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading, coaching and developing a team of HR Administrators\nManaging HR service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved\nActing as the escalation point for complex HR administration queries\nOverseeing employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, contracts, absence management, employee changes and leavers\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance HR processes\nMonitoring service performance, reporting on key metrics and identifying improvement opportunities\nMaintaining compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and internal policies\nSupporting HR systems enhancements, testing and implementation projects\nThis role will suit a confident HR operations individual who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering an outstanding service.\nYou'll ideally have:\nStrong HR Administration, HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience\nPrevious team leadership or supervisory experience within a busy HR function\nExcellent knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR administration best practice\nGood understanding of UK employment legislation and GDPR requirements\nExperience working with HR systems and employee data management\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement\nCIPD Level 5 or above
