You'll play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant, audit-ready and ahead of legislative change, while driving smarter, technology-led ways of working.\nThe Role\nYou'll lead the compliance agenda across the people function, working closely with HR and operational leaders to strengthen governance, improve reporting and minimise risk.\nKey responsibilities include:\nActing as the go-to expert for employment law and people compliance\nDeveloping and embedding robust HR policies and frameworks\nSupporting complex employee relations and regulatory matters\nProducing board-level people reporting, dashboards and workforce insights\nDriving compliance reporting through AI, automation and technology\nOverseeing right to work, employment documentation and workforce audits\nManaging sponsorship licence and immigration-related processes\nSupporting pay review, pension and workforce governance activity\nPromoting best practice across a large, multi-site workforce\nAbout You\nWe're interested in speaking with candidates from HR Compliance, Employee Relations, HR Operations or HR Governance backgrounds as you'll have;\nIdeally CIPD Level 5 or above\nStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation\nExperience developing and implementing HR policies\nA solid background in employee relations and workplace investigations\nStrong HR reporting, analytics and data skills\nExperience using HR systems and technology to improve processes\nConfidence influencing stakeholders across a multi-site organisation\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach\nExperience of supporting colleagues and line managers across multi-site organisations is highly advantageous.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team across the UK in a growing business that offers generous benefits to employees.
