Working closely with HR, Payroll, HR Systems, IT, Finance and Risk teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the function operates and scales.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLeading HR Shared Services and HR Compliance teams\nOverseeing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes\nActing as the senior escalation point for complex operational and compliance matters\nLeading UK Right to Work, immigration, sponsorship and visa-related activity\nDriving process improvement, automation and service transformation initiatives\nPartnering with HR Systems to maximise systems capability and improve service delivery\nManaging HR data privacy, compliance controls and Data Subject Rights Requests\nDeveloping service metrics, reporting and governance frameworks\nBuilding strong relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Information Security and the wider business\nAbout you:\nProven leadership experience within HR Shared Services, HR Operations or a similar service-delivery environment\nStrong knowledge of UK immigration, Right to Work and sponsorship requirements\nExperience managing compliance, governance, audit and regulatory obligations\nA track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational transformation\nStrong HR systems capability, with Oracle HCM experience desirable\nExperience leading and developing high-performing teams within a complex or
