experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to help drive that transition.\nThis is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining architecture, engineering delivery and the opportunity to influence how secure infrastructure evolves.\nWhat you'll be working across\nLinux & Windows: RHEL/Rocky Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure\n\nInfrastructure platforms: Virtualisation, hyperconverged infrastructure, storage and server environments\n\nAutomation: Ansible, Puppet, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD\n\nContainers & platforms: Docker, Kubernetes and modern platform engineering\n\nTechnical leadership: Architecture, HLDs/LLDs, engineering standards and mentoring\n\nModernisation: Moving legacy infrastructure towards more automated, scalable and resilient environments\n\nExperience with Nutanix, secure infrastructure hardening, large-scale storage or high-performance compute would be particularly useful.\nWhy it's worth a look\nThis is an opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy, not simply maintain an existing estate.\nYou'll work closely with engineering and security stakeholders, influence technical decisions and help an established delivery team move towards modern infrastructure and DevSecOps practices.\nWe're particularly interested in engineers who've grown from deep Infrastructure or Systems Engineering backgrounds into
