It’s a really exciting time to join, with lots happening across the brands and a strong focus on customer, product and commercial growth.\nThey’re now looking for a Retail Marketing & Activations Manager to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on bringing the brand to life across the retail estate, from seasonal campaigns, windows and POS through to local activations and new retail initiatives.\nYou’ll manage a team of three and work closely with Retail, Merchandising, VM, Brand and Creative teams, using customer insight and store performance to make sure marketing activity supports commercial performance.\nThe role:\nLead the retail marketing plan across the estate, translating seasonal campaigns, promotions and commercial priorities into effective in-store activity.\nOversee windows, POS, print, production, local marketing and activations, ensuring activity is well planned, commercially effective and delivered on time.\nWork closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, VM, Brand and Creative to improve the customer experience and support store performance.\nUse store performance data, customer insight and test-and-learn activity to identify opportunities, measure impact and shape future retail marketing.\nLead and develop a team of three, setting priorities and providing oversight across Retail Marketing, POS and Production while empowering experienced specialists.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n5+ years’ relevant experience in multi-site retail marketing, ideally within fashion, outdoor, sports, footwear, department store, homewares or another product-led retail environment.\nStrong commercial understanding of how physical retail marketing influences store performance, customer behaviour and the overall retail experience.\nProven experience delivering retail campaigns, promotional activity, POS, windows, activations and customer-facing communications.\nConfident people leader and stakeholder manager, comfortable working across Retail, Merchandising, VM, Brand, Creative and Production teams.\nCommercial, analytical and pragmatic, with strong planning and prioritisation skills and the confidence to
