They like to grow talent from within, backed by training and mentoring, so it’s a really exciting time to join.\nThey’re now looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role supporting the Business Development team, commercial documentation and marketing. You’ll keep sales tracking, bids, CRM and contracts running smoothly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nYou’ll be an integral part of the BD team, working closely with Associate Directors, Directors, Designers and the Delivery team. You’ll also build relationships with external clients and supply partners, and be the main point of contact for PR, graphic design and photography consultants.\nThe role:\nSupport the BD team by capturing data, managing sales trackers, formatting tender responses and helping coordinate client meetings.\nMaintain the CRM system, keeping data accurate and helping improve CRM processes.\nAssist with quotations and bid proposals, building a digital bid repository and, over time, taking on more of the bid writing.\nManage client contracts and internal sign-offs, including registering, archiving, dispatching and tracking documents.\nGather and manage marketing and bid materials such as team CVs, project imagery, case studies and testimonials, liaise with external consultants and help plan events and CSR initiatives.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nExceptionally organised and detail-focused, with a track record of managing competing priorities, tight deadlines and administrative systems.\nExperience in sales support, business development, bid or marketing coordination, ideally within building, construction or interior design, although this isn’t essential.\nHands-on experience with CRM systems and data management, with a real passion for improving processes.\nStrong communicator and writer, comfortable working with directors, designers, clients, consultants and supply partners.\nSelf-motivated, team-oriented and commercially aware, with competent software skills (knowledge of AI in workflow is a bonus, but not essential).\nAs an industry leading, nationwide
