You will develop creative campaigns across omnichannel marketing, working closely with marketing and retail activation teams from concept through to delivery.\nThe role is approximately 60% print and 40% digital, with no direct people management responsibility.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop creative concepts and campaigns across print, digital, social, advertising and wider marketing channels.\n\nTake projects from initial concept through to final production.\n\nCreate layouts, graphics and supporting campaign assets.\n\nTranslate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective creative.\n\nMaintain brand consistency across all visual communications.\n\nPrepare artwork for print, digital, video and production.\n\nCollaborate with marketing and retail activation teams.\n\nManage multiple projects and deadlines using Monday.com.\n\nSupport video editing and campaign content using Premiere Pro.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years' graphic design experience, including senior-level experience.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling.\n\nExperience working with large brands, retail or digital businesses.\n\nStrong experience across both print and digital design.\n\nAdvanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.\n\nPremiere Pro experience preferred, with After Effects advantageous.\n\nStrong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.\n\nConfident communicator who enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas.\n\nA background heavily focused on illustration is not required.\n\nThe Team & Working Environment\nYou will join a friendly, collaborative in-house design team where ideas are shared and designers work closely together across campaigns and day-to-day creative activity.\nThe role is based in Manchester, with three days in the office and two from home.
