You'll drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and governance standards are maintained, and deliver a first-class service across the employee lifecycle.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading, motivating and developing a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver a best-in-class service.\nDriving continuous improvement, automation and service transformation initiatives.\nEnsuring robust governance, compliance and risk management across HR operations.\nOptimising HR systems, data integrity and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making.\nBuilding strong relationships across HR and the wider business, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.\nUsing data and insight to drive performance, influence decision-making and improve colleague experience.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for an experienced HR Services, HR Operations or Shared Services leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.\nYou'll bring:\nSignificant experience leading HR Operations, HR Services or Shared Services teams.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment law, HR processes and GDPR requirements.\nExperience improving HR operating models, processes and controls.\nA track record of delivering change, transformation and automation initiatives.\nStrong HR systems and data reporting expertise.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and influencing skills.\nThis is a high-impact leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of HR Services within a complex, growing organisation.
