Our mission is to transform complex data into the single, most trusted source of truth for CMOs and CFOs managing high-stakes budgets.\nAs a Marketing Science, your focus will be acting as the technical authority for our Enterprise tier, serving as a dedicated conduit between our Customers, Customer Teams, Data Science, and Product teams.\nWe are looking for a rigorous, analytical practitioner ready to operationalize advanced modelling into tangible business decisions, driving sustainable growth for clients like Huel, Dyson, and Gymshark. You will operate as a post-sales, value-delivery engine embedded directly within the Customer Success department. \nKey Responsibilities\nClient-Facing Support: Proactively and reactively support Customer Success and Account Management teams on model trust and methodology escalations, directly combating objections related to competitors like Triple Whale or Northbeam.\nIncrementality & Learning Agendas: Act as the primary Marketing Science Strategist, designing first-party incrementality tests, calibrating models, and building structured learning agendas for clients.\nR&D \"Mouthpiece\": Systematically capture and triage field feedback and methodological objections, feeding structured intelligence back to our Product and Data Science teams.\nCollateral & Knowledge Creation: Build the definitive technical collateral, Academy content, and internal training to raise the baseline data literacy of our entire Go-To-Market organization.\nWhat are we looking for? We hire for potential - you should apply if you:\nMarketing Science Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing science, data analytics, or technical account management.\n Measurement & AdTech Knowledge: Deep understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and the broader AdTech ecosystem, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.\nCommercial Translation: The rare ability to translate complex data science and Bayesian models into highly digestible commercial insights for non-technical executives.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.\nProblem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
