As Business Support & Executive Assistant, you will help selected senior leaders spend less time coordinating and more time leading the business. You will organise the moving parts behind their work, keep actions and follow-ups moving across teams, countries and time zones and solve practical problems before they slow things down. This role exists to strengthen our leadership team by turning busy agendas into clear priorities, dependable routines and reliable follow-through.\nThis is not a role for someone who waits for a detailed task list. You will be trusted to understand what needs to be achieved, organise the moving parts, take initiative and see things through to completion.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate calendars, meetings, travel, itineraries and practical logistics.\n\nSupport leadership meetings, workshops, partner visits and important business activities.\n\nKeep actions, dependencies and follow-ups moving across stakeholders, teams, countries and time zones.\n\nResearch options, solve practical problems and prepare recommendations when the answer is not obvious.\n\nTake assignments and smaller projects from request through completion, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate.\n\nAbout you\nYou enjoy helping busy people succeed. You bring energy, initiative and a problem-solving mindset. You are organised without making things complicated, take ownership and move things forward even when every step has not been defined. You know when to go for it, and when to escalate.\nAt least 2 years of experience in executive or senior leadership business support, with demonstrated ownership of coordination, problem-solving and improving ways of working.\n\nStrong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise and follow through.\n\nConfidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions, countries and time zones.\n\nPractical experience using Microsoft 365, Copilot and other modern AI tools to work more effectively, simplify coordination and improve processes.\n\nFluent Norwegian and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\n\nWhat success looks like\nWithin the first few months, the leaders you support trust that when something is handed to you, it moves forward.
