In this dynamic and global company, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across regions, delivering cost savings, working capital improvements, supplier value, and sustainable commercial outcomes across the organization.\nWhat you will do in this role:Strategic Sourcing & Market Engagement\nLead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including global RFPs/RFQs, competitive bidding events, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations\nPartner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and align sourcing roadmaps with strategic corporate priorities\nConduct market and category analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, cost optimization gaps, and supplier alternatives\nCommercial Negotiation & Value Delivery\nLead complex negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service levels, and commercial agreements\nDrive and track Hard Savings, Soft Savings, and Working Capital/Cash Flow improvement initiatives against defined targets\nDevelop data-driven category strategies and benchmarking models to identify opportunities for multi-year value creation\nContract & Supplier Management\nLead commercial negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and other supplier agreements in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders\nManage contract utilization, renewal calendars, executed agreement repositories, and compliance with agreed commercial terms\nDrive supplier rationalization and consolidation strategies across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to optimize global spend and strengthen the preferred supplier base\nSupplier Performance & Stakeholder Leadership\nManage strategic supplier relationships, monitor KPIs, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews and high-level commercial escalations\nBuild strong relationships with global business leaders, Finance, FP&A, Legal, and regional commercial teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives\nLead procurement projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved\nGovernance, Analytics & Operational Excellence\nIncrease managed spend by ensuring purchases are supported by valid contracts and approved sourcing processes\nDrive payment-term standardization and working capital initiatives in alignment with global procurement strategies\nDevelop spend analysis, category dashboards, market trend assessments, and savings pipeline reporting to support leadership decisions\nEnsure adherence to procurement governance, internal controls, global compliance policies, and SOX audit requirements\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field\n10–13 years of core experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Vendor Commercial Sourcing\nProven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar RFPs and multi-regional sourcing programs across global markets\nStrong expertise in commercial negotiations, supplier management, cost optimization, payment terms, and contract lifecycle management\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Data Models; experience with Smartsheet and e-RFP platforms is preferred\nStrong experience with spend analysis, category benchmarking, data modeling, and developing sourcing strategies from business data\nExperience working with SAP/ERP systems and contract lifecycle management tools;
