strategy, content development, trend research, campaign support, and social performance while learning how a global lifestyle brand connects with consumers.\nWhat You Will Do in This Role\nSupport the development and execution of social media content and campaigns\nAssist with social media calendars, content planning, and campaign organization\nResearch emerging social, cultural, and consumer trends\nIdentify relevant trends, conversations, and opportunities across social platforms\nResearch potential creator and influencer partnerships aligned with brand and campaign objectives\nMaintain awareness of emerging creators, influencers, and cultural voices relevant to target consumers\nSupport content creation and organization across social channels\nAssist with social reporting and performance analysis\nConduct competitive research and monitor brand activity\nCollaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and other Marketing teams\nSupport presentations, creative briefs, and campaign materials\nAssist with special marketing projects and initiatives\nPartner with a dedicated mentor for creative guidance and professional development\nParticipate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions\nPresent a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program\nBring fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital culture to team projects\nWho You Are (Requirements)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028\nExcited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nCreative thinker with a strong eye for detail\nFamiliarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends\nComfortable researching trends and translating insights into ideas\nHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects\nPassionate about social media, fashion, lifestyle brands, and consumer
