Based in Richardson, TX, you will report to the Treasury Manager and contribute to the Treasury and Corporate Finance function.\nWhat you will do in this role:\nSupport the execution of the 13-week cash forecasting process, including variance analysis.\nPartner with foreign finance teams to gather and review cash flow projections.\nMonitor balances in cash pools and assist with intercompany funding to meet subsidiary cash needs.\nAssist with liquidity management activities, including daily cash positioning and cash movements.\nPrepare and support the monthly borrowing base certificate for the ABL Revolver.\nAssist with the annual field audit and inventory valuation audit related to the ABL Revolver.\nSupport the preparation of revolver borrowing recommendations and related analyses.\nAssist in monitoring debt covenant compliance and preparing supporting calculations and certificates.\nSupport Treasury Managers in assessing bank services and fees and identifying opportunities to improve liquidity and treasury processes.\nCompile and analyze financial data to support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reporting.\nAssist with the development and documentation of cash management procedures, guidelines, and company policies.\nExecute foreign currency trades on the FXall platform under established policies and approvals.\nPrepare supporting documentation for foreign exchange hedging contracts.\nMonitor and reconcile outstanding intercompany account balances.\nAssist with treasury and cash management reporting and ad hoc analysis.\nPrepare interest expense estimates to support forecasting and budgeting processes.\nProvide support for day-to-day Treasury operations and initiatives.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of relevant finance experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and produce actionable insights.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.\nDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.\nSelf-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the treasury function.\nStrong written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, or Capital Markets.\nExposure to treasury operations within a multinational or multi-currency environment.\nExperience with Oracle Hyperion or similar financial
