the world.\nWhat You Will Do in This Role\nSupport Supply Chain teams with real-world operational and analytical projects\nAnalyze supply chain, inventory, shipment, and product data to identify trends and opportunities\nAssist with monitoring product flow, inventory levels, and supply chain performance\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations\nResearch and analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency\nSupport supply chain planning and process improvement initiatives\nHelp identify potential risks, delays, or opportunities within the product flow\nCollaborate with Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams\nAssist with documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement\nParticipate in projects focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service\nPartner with a dedicated mentor for professional guidance and development\nParticipate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions\nPresent a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program\nBring curiosity, analytical thinking, and fresh perspectives to team projects\nWho You Are (Requirements)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028\nExcited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAble to communicate findings and recommendations clearly\nComfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams\nAble to manage
