It’s about people.\nYour responsibilities will invlude:\nAccount Management & Client Relations\nPortfolio Management: Autonomously manage a client portfolio and build long-term, strong relationships with key stakeholders.\n LTV Maximization: Drive client retention and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).\n Business Reviews & Negotiations: Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and negotiate contract renewals and expansions.\nClient Advocacy: Act as the internal \"voice of the customer\" to align company resources with client needs.\nTechnical Presales / Customer EngineeringTechnical Advisory: Partner with the sales team as a technical expert to align cloud solutions with customer business requirements.\nSolution Architecture: Assist in mapping client needs into GCP-based architectural solutions and lead technical presales discussions.\nRequirements: Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Solid understanding of GCP core concepts and products.\nInfrastructure as Code: Hands-on proficiency with Terraform (must-have).\nVersion Control & CI/CD: Practical experience with GitHub / GitLab and modern CI/CD pipelines.\nContainerization & Networking: Good understanding of Kubernetes and core cloud networking concepts.\nProven B2B account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.\nLanguages: Romanian (C1+), English (C1+).\nNice to have:Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (active or expired) and/or CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).\nPrior experience in a Customer Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Presales role.\n We offer:B2B contract\n100% remote\ncompensated
