You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities in the Romanian market -not only the localization of global projects but also local initiatives.\nRequirements\nNative Romanian speaker with excellent English skills (B2 level or higher).\nAt least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role for an IT company (services or product).\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nA proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a B2B marketing environment.\nA \"hands-on\" attitude, especially for managing event logistics.\n ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary marketing point of contact for the Romanian market, supported by the central CEE Marketing Team.\nSupport the coordination of digital campaigns and content creation with our external marketing agencies and in-house experts.\nCoordinate content localization (website, newsletters, social media) and ensure high-quality, culturally relevant translations.\nWork in close collaboration with the Romanian Team Manager and the CEE Regional Head to align marketing activities with local business goals.\nCollaborate with your peers within the CEE Marketing Team. \nOrganize in-person event participation: Manage the logistics for our presence at local conferences, including stand preparation and on-site support.\nAssist in organizing online events (webinars).\nMonitor campaign performance and assist with regular reports.\nNice to haveValuable experience and skills:\nExperience in co-creation of marketing or GTM strategy.\nFamiliarity with
