In this role, you’ll support airport clients and help bring projects to life through construction management, administration, and observation across both horizontal and vertical construction.\nFoth supports both commercial and general aviation clients across the Southeastern and Midwestern US, providing civil engineering and construction solutions for airside and landside projects.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nWork collaboratively and build effective relationships with project engineers, architects, contractors, and clients\n\nLead coordination meetings and stakeholder engagement (includes airline tenants, CBP, TSA, Airport Staff, and contractors)\n\nTrain and manage Construction Observation Staff\n\nMonitor contractor progress and construction schedules\n\nManage RFI/submittals review process, prevailing wage/ labor compliance, change order development and coordination and processing of pay applications\n\nAssist with cost estimating, contract administration, and grant compliance throughout the duration of the project\n\nPerform other duties as needed\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAssociate's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
