This position will be working out of a Foth or US-Based Remote work from home location.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProvide technical hardware and software design leadership for industrial projects\nDevelop design packages for bid and construction\nCoordinate and execute design and programming of PLC/DCS, HMI, VFD and Servo Motion projects from hardware design and software integration through construction start-up\nCoordinate electrical engineering and lead design/CAD resources\nProvide hardware and software design for machine design projects in consumer products and general industrial markets\nDevelop design packages\nAssist in the development project related documentation including schedules, specifications, and cost estimates\nProduce high quality project deliverables while working in a collaborative team environment\nGather data and provide installation, start up, and troubleshooting support\nWork simultaneously on multiple project teams and client teams.\nRespond and support project and client requests for on-going controls troubleshooting, including ongoing support of production equipment (may include nights and weekends)\nInterface directly with client(s) on a daily basis to understand and respond to their needs\nDevelop relationships and cultivate future work opportunities with clients and facilities as work is performed\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a combination of two or four-year technology degree supplemented with equivalent technical training or experience\n10+ years of relevant engineering/design experience with exposure to manufacturing environments, including troubleshooting complex projects and demonstrating proven experience in the following technical areas: \nIndustrial Intelligent linear actuators and end effectors\nIntegration of Machine Vision\nRockwell Control Logix based PLC and FTView HMI hardware & Software\nRockwell PowerFlex VFDs and Inverter duty motors\nRockwell Kinetix Servo Drives and Motors\nEthernet and Ethernet/IP Networking\nElectrical system design schematics and control panel layout design\nDeveloping construction and installation documentation\nRecent experience with the following:\nSensing technologies and panel design/layout\nProducing engineering construction and bid packages in accordance with employer/client standards\nFlow control valves, damper actuators, P&IDs, loop configurations, DCS, thermocouples, level, flow, and temperature controls\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 24 months of your start date\nKnowledge of safety standards (ISO 13849-1 & RIA 15.06) and risk assessments\nPreferred experience with the following:\nRobotics, Vision Systems, 3D Scanners \nAutoCad and AutoCad Electrical\nMES/Database programming (SQL, RS-SQL, MS Access)\nExperience with polymer extrusion and/or adhesive systems\nSiemens S7 & TIA Portal PLCs and HMIs\nSiemens or Schneider/Modicon PLCs\nSiemens, CH or Schneider HMIs\nVisual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, Visual C, C#, C++, XML\nAssembly Language Programming\nPackaging line integration, including;
