our clients’ success.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead the technical execution of hydrogeological aspects of projects\nWork with project managers to estimate project costs and consult on technical approach\nDevelop technical approaches for regional hydrologic characterization of groundwater systems in environments comprised of unconsolidated deposits and fractured crystalline rock\nProvide project and technical leadership on complex, multi-disciplined projects, to include managing a portion of a project’s budget, scope, schedule, regulatory and contractual commitments\nDevelop and implement technical approaches for numerical analysis of groundwater and surface water systems in support of permitting, industrial development and site remediation\nTeach, mentor and develop other members, as well as serve as a resource in the area of hydrogeology\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Engineering, or a closely related field\nMinimum 10 years of experience conducting hydrogeological investigations, including at least 5 years of hands-on field experience\nDemonstrated experience coordinating and executing field characterization programs, including aquifer testing, hydrophysical profiling, groundwater modeling, and numerical analysis\nProven ability to provide project leadership on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, including management of budgets, schedules, regulatory and contractual commitments, and delivery of technical consultation\nExperience integrating hydrogeologic investigations and numerical analyses with feasibility studies and alternatives analyses\nPrevious experience providing expert witness testimony at environmental hearings\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s Degree in Hydrogeology or Engineering, or a closely related field\nExperience working in deep bedrock environments\nPrevious experience working with a technical consulting
