delivery, client needs, and strategic growth.\nThe role will have a target mix of approximately 50% working directly with the members on funded client project efforts and 50% general team leadership.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nTechnical Leadership\nServe as the technical leader for Facility Systems competency areas, including architecture and building MEP engineering\nEstablish, maintain, and reinforce technical standards, workflows, best practices, codes, and company procedures\nSupport complex technical problem solving and project execution \nLead technical reviews of high-risk or high-visibility projects\nChampion cross-competency coordination with other technical teams to support overall project delivery success\nChampion innovation, digital delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives\nTalent Development\nMentor technical professionals at all career stages\nDevelop discipline growth plans and technical career paths\nSupport onboarding and integration of new employees\nIdentify technical training needs and coordinate development opportunities that support knowledge sharing and continuous learning\nParticipate in succession planning and leadership development efforts\nQuality and Risk Management\nSupport implementation of quality management practices that improve consistency and technical quality across project teams\nParticipate in lessons learned and root-cause analysis activities\nHelp identify and mitigate technical and operational risks\nResource Planning\nSupport workforce planning, project allocation, and staffing alignment for major pursuits and projects\nMonitor technical capabilities, workload trends, and future staffing needs\nAssist in recruiting and hiring technical talent\nBusiness Support\nServe as the primary technical liaison for subcontractor or flexible partner relationships established for additional architecture and building MEP capacity\nProvide technical input for proposals and client pursuits\nSupport project managers in developing innovative and competitive technical solutions\nMaintain awareness of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies\nRepresent Foth in professional organizations and industry events\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required\nExperience in food & beverage manufacturing environments and capital projects\nExperience leading technical teams and multidisciplinary project teams in a discipline, practice, engineering management, technical lead, or similar role\nDemonstrated proficiency with engineering design, project delivery, and quality management\nAbility to influence across organizational boundaries without direct reporting authority\nAbility to travel ~25% for project-related client site visits and/or internal meetings\nMust be located in, or willing to relocate to, the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and/or Engineering-Led Design-Build project delivery approaches\nExperience supporting business development and strategic initiatives\nExperience implementing digital engineering tools, standards, and
