This role supports projects based out of Foth’s Mehoopany, Pennsylvania office, working with a long-term, stable client relationship that has been in place for many years. To maintain strong collaboration and client connection, the successful candidate will be onsite one to two days per week. Foth is committed to supporting this arrangement and will cover hotel accommodations for required onsite days, allowing us to consider qualified candidates who live outside the immediate area.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead and support the process mechanical design effort on projects \nHold team members accountable to quality work product\nPerform QAQC of engineering and design deliverables\nSupport business development and proposal activities which will include concepts, deliverables, effort hours, and estimated cost\nInterface with clients and vendors on a regular basis\nWork in a manufacturing environment to gather field data and conduct field investigations when required for project work\nGenerate equipment specifications and construction documents/packages\nWork as part of a collaborative project team with contractors and client\nReview vendor submittals, lead design reviews, both internally and with vendor/client\nTravel as required to client sites and vendors for work (up to 25%)\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent technical experience\n10+ years of process engineering experience \nDemonstrated experience leading and managing teams of engineers, designers, contractors, construction managers, vendors, and OEM’s\nRequired previous experience with the following:\nP&ID’s\nPreparation of installation, bid, and construction packages\nProcess and utility system piping design\nPaper making technology (towel and tissue)\nCost estimating (labor hours and capital cost estimates)\nConstruction support and commissioning experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\n15+ years of industry-relevant experience \nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 24 months of your start date \nPreferred experience with the following:\nPaper making process operating knowledge (pulping through converting)\nFamiliarity with 3D project execution\nIndustrial HVAC -
