This role serves as the primary client interface and is responsible for the successful execution of multi-discipline engineering projects from scope development through installation and start-up. This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis, MN; Jackson, TN; Columbia, SC; Chicago, IL; or US-Based Remote location.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationship management\nLead the planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements\nDirect and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide performance feedback\nManage project scope, including documentation and execution of approved changes\nCoordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluation and contract awards\nPartner with construction management to support installation, technical check-out, and start-up activities;
