The role You lead a team of 5-8 strategists, specialists and a coordinator who deliver for a portfolio of enterprise clients: typically 7-12 clients and a $2-3M book. You're a strategist first. You turn each client's roadmap into a plan, run the team that delivers it, and review the work before it reaches the client. You run the client's working sessions and status calls every week. On our enterprise accounts, AEO Program Directors lead the dedicated team that delivers the work: the plan, the people and the quality. AEO Marketing Directors own the client relationship, the strategic roadmap and the account's growth. You're client-facing every week, and the key relationship, renewals and expansions sit with the AEO Marketing Director. Reports to: a Group AEO Marketing Director. Team: 5-8 direct reports.
