Currently in the process of relocating from Cambridge, MA to Woburn, MA by early next year.\nWhat you'll be working on:\nDrive cross-functional GTM projects and strategic initiatives from analysis through execution, working closely with commercial, product, engineering, and leadership teams\nOwn GTM operations, including CRM management, pipeline analytics, KPI reporting, dashboards, and processes that improve commercial execution\nConduct market, customer, application, and competitive research to inform market development and commercialization priorities\nExecute targeted GTM campaigns and initiatives across priority markets, including account research, events, customer communications, and marketing programs\nSupport development of customer-facing materials, presentations, case studies, sales enablement tools, and other commercial content\nCoordinate priority customer and partner programs, ensuring actions, deliverables, and internal stakeholders remain aligned\nAnalyze commercial performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and recommendations for the GTM team\nTake ownership of high-priority, ambiguous projects as the company scales, building lightweight processes and systems where needed\nQualifications\n1-4 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, business operations, GTM, commercialization, marketing, or a high-growth startup environment\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into action\nHighly organized with demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams\nEntrepreneurial, curious, and hands-on; comfortable moving between strategic analysis and detailed execution\nStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with CRM, analytics, automation, or AI productivity tools is a plus\nInterest in advanced manufacturing, hard tech, metallurgy, materials science, aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industrial markets is strongly preferred\nBachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, materials science, or a related field preferred\nCulture\nWe don’t look for profiles that “fit” with our culture.
