If it's not the best product ever, it bothers you, and you need to “fix” it.\nYou don't need someone to motivate you; you get things done.\n Why We Are Hiring for This Role:\nShifts\n7 AM - 3 PM\n3 PM -11 PM\nThis role is a bit unique: right now, you'll be performing the physical tasks that our humanoid robots will eventually take over. As our robots come online, you'll transition into operating and monitoring them directly. In the meantime, you're essentially doing the job the robot will one day do, giving you a front-row seat to how the technology evolves.\nPerform the manual tasks currently required in the production process, which will eventually be handled by humanoid robots.\nAs robots are deployed, transition into operating them in a manufacturing environment, including using the control panel when required.\nMonitor robot performance during production to ensure consistent operation.\nPerform basic autonomous maintenance on humanoid robots (cleaning, inspections, routine checks) as they come online.\nIdentify and troubleshoot minor operational issues; escalate complex problems to engineering or maintenance teams.\nFollow all safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe working environment.\nCollaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to support smooth production flow.\nWhat Kind of Person We Are Looking For:\nIf you have a college degree, are a hard worker, and are sharp and quick to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you, even without direct robotics experience.\nCollege degree preferred; motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and quick learning ability are encouraged to apply.\nPrior experience operating manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, or automated machinery is a plus, but not required.\nStrong understanding of, or willingness to learn, industrial safety practices and compliance requirements.\nAbility to perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and inspections.\nSolid problem-solving and communication skills for effective reporting and escalation.\nBasic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic systems is a plus.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive pay with full benefits\nEquity/stock \nA front-row opportunity to grow alongside our humanoid robotics program, from manual operations to robot supervision\nWorking Conditions:\nRequires standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.\nFull-time, on-site role in a manufacturing setting.\nBenefits:\nWe provide market standard benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc.).
