They’ve grown rapidly and are building a dedicated function to onboard their nationwide network of self-employed clinicians.\nThe role\nIn this newly created role, you’ll lead the team responsible for onboarding clinicians and making sure they meet compliance requirements. You’ll make the process faster and smoother for clinicians while keeping it fully compliant. This is a fast-moving, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly, and you’ll thrive on that pace.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead and develop a Team Leader and a team of administrators\n\nManage performance against service levels and KPIs\n\nUse data and dashboards to spot issues and drive improvements\n\nKeep onboarding efficient, scalable and audit-ready\n\nAbout you\nYou have proven experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, growing business\n\nYou have experience in a regulated environment (healthcare is a plus, but not essential)\n\nYou're highly confident with Excel, reporting and dashboards\n\nYou're concise and detail-focused. You get to the point and get things done\n\nYou don’t need to have run an onboarding or compliance function before.
