You’ll help shape how our clients show up, contribute, and convert on one of the most dynamic platforms on the internet.\nWHY THIS ROLE EXISTS:\nAs Foundation scales its Reddit marketing capabilities for clients, we need someone who can consistently produce native, community-appropriate content across multiple subreddits. This role exists because Reddit is a rule-intensive platform where success depends on understanding and respecting each community's established norms, posting guidelines, and cultural expectations.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:\nLead Reddit strategy development for clients across industries, balancing organic community engagement and paid media tactics.\nConduct deep research into Reddit communities (subreddits), audience behavior, trends, and conversation dynamics to inform content and media planning.\nWrite and optimize native Reddit content that feels like it belongs, because it does.\nRun and optimize Reddit Ads (paid media) campaigns: Testing creative, targeting, and placements for performance and brand lift.\nMonitor Reddit engagement metrics and surface learnings, wins, and optimization opportunities in regular reports.\nStay on top of Reddit policy changes, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep clients ahead of the curve.\nCollaborate closely with our Content and Paid Media teams to integrate Reddit strategies into broader marketing plans.\nTest and evaluate Reddit-related tools (like Later for Reddit, Adspy tools, automation dashboards) to streamline workflow.\nWHAT YOU BRING:\nYou're an avid Redditor; you know the lingo, the culture, and the difference between a good post and a downvoted disaster.\n2-4 years of experience in social media strategy, paid media, or content marketing, ideally in an agency environment.\nHands-on experience running Reddit Ads or experimenting with Reddit’s paid platform (even if it's a small budget side project).\nStrong writing skills-you can speak Reddit’s language and pivot tone based on the subreddit.\nFamiliarity with tools like Reddit Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Later for Reddit, or similar.\nA strategic mindset and the ability to map Reddit activity back to client KPIs like traffic, leads, or brand awareness.\nComfortable working cross-functionally with strategists, media buyers, and content creators.\nBonus: You’ve launched or moderated a subreddit, participated in AMA campaigns, or built something cool on Reddit that got real traction.\nLOCATION, TIMEZONE & WORK SETUP:\nWork Setup: Fully remote\nPrimary Target Locations: Global\nTimezone: Required overlap with EST timezone for meetings\nCOMPENSATION:\nBase pay range: $38,000 - $65,000 CAD / year (depending on experience & location)\nOTE: $40,000 - $70,000 CAD / year (Eligible for Company Profit Share, Team/Dept Performance Bonus)\nHow We Set Comp: Final compensation is determined by experience, role level, and location.
