Find out more at www.foundationai.com.\nJob Overview\nWe are looking for a Lead Business Development Representative to support the sales and business development function, and to build out a team to grow our outbound efforts and pipeline. This role will start as an IC, but after proving themselves, they'll have the opportunity to build and grow their own team and department.\nKey Responsibilities\nReach out to prospects through outbound communication to generate interest.This will include cold-calling and other outbound efforts to cold prospects\n\nQualify leads to determine fit and readiness for the next stage of the sales process.\nHand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales colleagues.\nKeep accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in HubSpot\nShare customer insights and feedback with the wider team.\nWork toward agreed targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.\nOnce agreed-upon targets are hit, this role will be responsible for hiring and training other BDRs to grow this function\nSkills & Tools\nExperience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing area.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build rapport and engage with prospects.\nGood organization and time management skills.\nComfort working toward targets and following up consistently.\nWillingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.\nOur Commitment\nFoundation AI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
