You will be a key contributor to our product teams, working across the full stack to deliver impactful features. This role demands strong coding fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build scalable, secure, and maintainable software.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSoftware Development:Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using the company’s technology stack.\nFeature Implementation:Work closely with peers and cross-functional teams to build and deliver features end-to-end.\nCode Quality:Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and follow clean code and best practices.\nCollaboration:Work with designers, product managers, and QA to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\nAgile Execution: Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.\nCI/CD & DevOps: Contribute to deployment pipelines and help maintain a reliable delivery process.\nDebugging & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues and bugs in production and staging environments.\nDocumentation:Maintain documentation for features, services, and key technical decisions.\nResponsibilities may be tailored based on the candidate’s experience and proficiency.\nSkills and Tools:\nExperience:1-2 years as a software engineer, preferably full-stack.\nProgramming & Development:Proficient in Python (Flask/FastAPI) and JavaScript (ES6+); experience with React, Angular, or Vue; builds and consumes REST APIs.\nDatabases & Messaging:Knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases; hands-on with RabbitMQ.\nDevOps & Observability:Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions); familiar with observability tools like ELK, Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.\nArchitecture & Design:Understands modular and scalable system design; applies OOP and design patterns; familiar with distributed system concepts.\nTesting & Quality:Implements unit and integration tests; follows TDD/BDD and ensures code quality.\nProblem-Solving & Innovation:Debugs moderately complex systems; optimizes performance; evaluates trade-offs.\nAdditional Skills:Familiarity with Celery, async task processing, Kubernetes, Airflow, frontend security practices, Agile/Scrum, and reading LLD/HLD documentation.\nEducation\nA B.Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.\nOur Commitment:\nFoundation AI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
