We\nAbout the Role\nThis role is a unique opportunity for you to lay early foundations and accelerate your development in a career in People + Culture as you'll get to work with a variety of clients and topics at pace.\nYou'll work directly with our partners - experienced people and business builders - on live client work. This role is well-suited to someone who loves streamlining processes, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in exceptional execution.\nYou'll gain exposure to some of the most exciting startups and scale-ups, learning directly from experienced colleagues while taking on real responsibility from day one. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated by the variety and pace of client work.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrafting, issuing, filing, and creating templates or automations that speed up contracts, letters, and other People support we provide to our clients\n\nManaging onboarding, offboarding, and related tasks for multiple clients\n\nScheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers\n\nSupporting our clients with their HRIS and other systems that need to be kept up to date\n\nCollecting benchmarking data, updating spreadsheets, and supporting Associates with data prep\n\nFormatting decks and materials so client deliverables are polished and ready to share\n\nAs you grow, you might start drafting and formatting policies, handbooks, and performance review materials using templates and adapting to our clients' tone of voice - but we'll help you step-by-step\n\nThe Skills and Experience\nWe are committed to building a team with diverse experiences, so as long as most of these needs are met, please apply even if you don't tick every box.\nSome experience in People Ops, HR admin, business operations, or another detail-focused role\n\nStrong organisational skills - you keep track of multiple tasks and don't let things slip, and you're already building the kind of system that will let you juggle even more as you grow\n\nClear, professional communication, both written and verbal - you're comfortable getting stuck into calls and meetings, and keen to build your confidence with clients over time\n\nA proactive streak - you flag things early rather than waiting for them to become a problem, and you know when to ask rather than guess\n\nYou embrace technology and feel comfortable with tools such as G-Suite, Excel/Sheets, with genuine curiosity to get hands-on with others like Notion and HRIS platforms\n\nTakes pride in getting the detail right, quickly - you'd rather ship something well and move on than second-guess it\n\nCuriosity about startups and a genuine interest in People + Culture, with an appetite to grow into a broader, more client-facing role over time\n\nCompensation, Perks & Benefits\n£30,000 -
