Based in a major city, our members gain exclusive access to high-profile networking events, premium benefits from top-tier business, travel, and lifestyle brands, and tailored opportunities to elevate their entrepreneurial journey.\nJob Description\nThe Product Operations & QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that customer-facing experiences, partner benefits, promotions, pricing, billing workflows, and recently deployed product updates function accurately and as intended.\nThis is a hands-on, non-technical QA and operations role. The Analyst will test experiences from the perspective of an actual customer, conduct recurring billing and operational audits, identify discrepancies, document issues, and work across teams to drive them through resolution.\nThe ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to independently investigate inconsistencies rather than simply following a checklist.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform post-deployment QA on recently released product features and updates from an end-user perspective.\nIndependently validate customer journeys, including account experiences, pricing, checkout flows, billing, and other transactional processes.\nComplete test transactions to ensure customers are charged accurately and that downstream billing processes function as expected.\nVerify pricing, product information, offers, discounts, and other customer-facing information for accuracy.\nTest promotional codes, discounts, and member benefits on third-party partner websites and identify offers that are expired, incorrectly configured, or not functioning as intended.\nInvestigate failed promo codes, pricing discrepancies, checkout issues, and other inconsistencies and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve them.\nConduct recurring billing and transaction audits to identify incorrect charges, missing charges, duplicate transactions, reconciliation issues, and other discrepancies.\nCompare transaction and billing information across internal systems and identify inconsistencies requiring investigation.\nValidate fixes after issues have been resolved and determine whether additional regression testing is warranted.\nDevelop and maintain QA procedures, testing checklists, audit documentation, and issue tracking.\nIdentify recurring patterns and systemic issues rather than treating each discrepancy as an isolated incident.\nRecommend improvements to QA, billing, and operational processes based on findings.\nPartner with Product, Operations, Member Services, Finance/Billing, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to investigate and resolve issues.\nAssist with special operational audits, data validation projects, and other cross-functional initiatives.\nQualifications\n7+ years of relevant professional experience in product operations, business operations, quality assurance, billing operations, e-commerce operations, financial operations, or a related field.\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required;
