This platform enables internal users to create agentic systems, automation workflows, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business.\nIn this role, you will lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of an AI-native platform built on LLMs, automation frameworks, and conversational AI technologies. You will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation use cases and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle of Foundever’s agentic platform-from vision and discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nDefine and evolve the product roadmap for agentic capabilities, automation workflows, and AI orchestration aligned with business objectives.\nPartner with stakeholders across operations, CX, IT, and analytics to identify, prioritize, and shape high-value automation and agentic use cases.\nTranslate complex business and technical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and platform capabilities.\nDefine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall agentic platform strategy.\nLead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to drive efficient and predictable delivery.\nCollaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable platform design.\nGuide decisions around LLM integration, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and conversational AI capabilities.\nTrack platform adoption, usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to guide prioritization and improvements.\nCommunicate product strategy, platform capabilities, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Represent the agentic platform at internal forums, demos, and company-wide events. \n\nExperience\nMinimum of 4-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with strong exposure to AI-driven or platform products.\nProven experience managing technically complex products involving AI, LLMs, or automation systems.\nHands-on experience with automation workflows or agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, or similar orchestration frameworks).\nExperience working with Conversational AI platforms, chatbots, or virtual agents in production environments.\nDemonstrated success working closely with cross-functional technical teams and senior business stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to uncover, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities. \nSkills/Abilities\nStrong understanding of LLM-based systems, agentic architectures, and AI-driven automation concepts.\nKnowledge of workflow orchestration, API-based integrations, and event-driven architectures.\nComfort working with technical teams on platform-level decisions and trade-offs.\nDeep understanding of agile and scrum methodologies and product management best practices.\nAbility to create, maintain, and prioritize complex backlogs and write clear, actionable user stories.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.\nAnalytical and systems-thinking mindset with a focus on scalability and reuse. \nEducation\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field. \nLanguage\nExcellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).\nFrench and Spanish language skills are a bonus.\nTools\nProficiency with product and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Loom).\nFamiliarity with automation and agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, or equivalent).\nExperience working with Conversational AI, chatbot, or virtual agent platforms.\nStrong practical use of Generative AI and LLM-based tools as part of daily product work.\nKnowledge of CX platforms and enterprise environments is a strong advantage. \nOur Offer\nImpactful work.
