{"id":1826626,"url":"https://alion.io/job/foundever-apac-investigation-manager","title":"APAC Investigation Manager","company":{"id":6940,"name":"Foundever","domain":"foundever.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/foundever","size_band":"11-50","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"SuccessFactors","truth_index":null},"role":"Operations","role_family":"Operations","seniority":"senior","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Pasig, Philippines"],"countries":["PH"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":14500,"max_usd":34000,"period":"year","method":"global_role_cell_scaled_by_country","sample_n":3836},"experience_years_min":5,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-25T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-09-25","last_verified_at":"2026-10-12T14:58:01Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":17,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":17},"description":"Lead, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of investigations involving clients, customers, vendors, Foundever employees, and third-party partners across the APAC region as it relates to Security cases.\nInvestigate unauthorized activities or anomalies involving financial, compliance or reputational breaches and risks.\nEnsure all investigation activity, findings, evidence and case outcomes are accurately and thoroughly documented in the case record management system and any other tracking mechanisms in place. \nBrief appropriate company personnel, in a timley manner, on any identified potential client procedural risks, investigative findings, policy violations and other related concerns.\nDirect, mentor, and develop Integrity Team(s), ensuring perfomance, alignment, and adherence to global investigaton standards.\nDevelop, support and deliver training on best practices, current trends and lessons learned to be cascaded down to the associate and coach level, as well as, to be used in broader training opportunities.\nSupport BISO, IT Security, Compliance and others to assess and assist with their reviews, investigations and other activities associated with investigations and threats. \nReview and update security policies and existing client operations in order to identify potential exposed contractual liabilities or potential security risk/policy violations respectively. \nSupport security policies and guidance to adhere with the physical operational environment while identifying potential compliance violations and best practices.\nBe familiar with the Physical Security Standards and able to support the Physical Security Team if requested.\nWork with law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, and other officals as required to support approproate actions on civil or criminal violations.\nOther tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of Global Investigations or the Global Business Information Security Officer.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.\nMinimum 2 years of experience managing team(s).\nCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE), ASIS PCI, WZ Interview Certification, or similar certification is preferred but not required.\nFour-year degree is preferred; equivalent work experience in investigations or related field accepted in lieu of formal education.\nSkills, behaviors & knowledge\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills\nAbility to write routine reports and correspondence.\nAbility to speak effectively with clients, employees and internal departmental leadership.\nExpert knowledge and experience in Interviewing and Investigation best practices.\nWorking knowledge of current industry trends and developments pertaining to security operations such as physical access controls, CCTV, and incident response. \nAbility to follow oral and written directions and be able to provide guidance, training and supervision to others\nAbility to show sensitivity in interactions with a diverse population; to maintain composure and always demonstrate professionalism and restraint\nExperience with Business Continuity and Physical Security is considered a plus, but training on these topics can be provided.\nFoundever® is an equal opportunity and Disability Confident employer.
